At first job, young people will receive 3,000 lei salary bonus for one year

Young people will receive a bonus of 3,000 lei to the salary they will pick up at the first job. The supplement will be offered for 12 months in seven strategic areas selected by the state, IPN reports.

"Plus 60 million lei for young employees. This means that we add 3,000 lei to the salary of young employees, at their first job in the country. We always talk about how important it is for our young people to remain in the country, but for this we must make their first salary as attractive as possible so that they do not go abroad," Prime Minister Dorin Recean told a news conference.

He expressed his confidence that, thanks to this support, at least 6,000 young people will work in the country and this will help entrepreneurs a lot.

Dorin Recean also announced support in the amount of 200 million lei for 700 entrepreneurs to make investments and open jobs. These funds will be provided through programs such as "373" and through grants offered by the Organization for the Development of Entrepreneurship.

200 million lei will be allocated by the Agency of Intervention and Payments in Agriculture to farmers so that they can generate high value-added products, which will bring them higher incomes and, of course, generate more jobs in villages.

The allocations are stipulated in the draft budget amendment in the amount of 8 billion lei called +PLUS Budget. After it is approved by the Cabinet, the initiative will be presented in Parliament on Friday.
