Alexandru Tanase obtains senior qualification degree

Constitutional Court judge Alexandru Tanase was conferred the senior judge qualification degree. A relevant decree was issued by Moldova’s Acting President Marian Lupu on May 17, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communiqué from the legislative body. Ex-Minister of Justice Alexandru Tanase was named judge at the Constitutional Court by a Government Decision on April 8. A Constitutional Court judge holds office for six years.
