Author of bomb threat is a Turkish speaker

The bomb scare at the Chisinau International Airport delayed the Chisinau-Rome flight by almost two hours and a half. The plane was to take off at 12.40, but left for the Italian capital at 15.18, Info-Prim Neo reports.
Cristina Lipovenko, emergencies manager at the Chisinau Airport, told a news conference that the person who informed about the bomb was a Turkish speaker. The man, who is mentally unstable, was angry with a woman who was to fly to Rome.
Air Moldova, which operates the flight, issued a communiqué, saying a person phoned the company’s help desk office and informed that the security of a number of flights was in danger. A state of emergency was declared at the airport.
The communiqué also says that the passengers were accompanied to the terminal and additionally searched. The bomb squad established that all the planes were out of danger.
The convened commission for emergencies decided that the airport will continue work according to the ordinary program, but to also agreed to step up the security measures.
