Bomb scare disrupts activity of Gas Natural Fenosa

The activity of the power distribution company Gas Natural Fenosa has been disrupted. Contacted by Info-Prim Neo, the head of the company’s Information and Communication Division Vasile Gribincea said that the employees were escorted off at 09.00 and the area was isolated by the police. Combat engineers are examining the company’s head office. The several hundred employees are waiting outside. This is the first bomb scare at the headquarters of Gas Natural Fenosa. The water supplier SA Apa-Canal Chisinau experienced a bomb threat on February 27. The alert turned out to be false. The employees returned to work in several hours. The punishment for false bomb threats is a fine of 4,000 to 10,000 lei, 180 to 240 hours of community service, or up to two years’ imprisonment.
