Cashier of currency exchange point shot

The cashier of a currency exchange point in Botanica sector was hospitalized after being shot in the neck last night, December 26, by an unknown person. Spokesman of the National Center for Emergency Medicine Petru Cravet told Info-Prim neo that the 42 year old man suffered an injury on the left side of the neck. He was hospitalized in the surgery ward and his life is beyond danger. Adrian Jovmir, spokesman of the General Police Commissariat, told Info-Prim Neo that the incident happened around 11 PM. An unknown person fired several shots, one of which hit the cashier. The suspect is yet to be arrested. He didn’t manage to steal anything. The crime was classified as serious hooliganism, which is punishable by 3 to 7 years in jail.
