Chisinau will host third Polish Film Festival during 21-27 November

The third edition of the Polish Film Festival will take place in Chisinau between November 21 and 27, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communiqué from the Odeon Center of Culture. The festival will be opened on November 21, starting at 19.00. Afterward, there will be screened the feature film “Loneliness in Network” directed by Witold Adamec. This Romantic comedy and drama was produced in 2006. The program of the festival includes the most recent Polish films that won different awards and prizes at national and international contests and festivals: “Figurants” directed by Michal Kwiecinski, 2006 (comedy); “Jasmine” directed by Jan Iacob Kolski, 2006 (Romantic comedy); “Hania” directed by Ianusz Golda, 2007 (drama); “Testosteron” directed by Tomasz Konescki, 2007 (comedy); “Market of the Savior” directed by Joanna Kos Krauze, 2006 (drama); “Extended Weekend” directed by Robert Glinski, 2004 (comedy, drama). The movies will be shown at the Odeon Center of Culture every evening, starting at 18.00. Entrance is free of charge. The festival is organized by the Odeon Center of Culture in cooperation with the Polish Embassy in Moldova and the Republican Institute of Poland in Bucharest.
