Contest to choose new members of National Participation Council

The Government announced a public contest to choose new members of the National Participation Council in a move to strengthen the dialogue with civil society and facilitate the involvement of NGOs in the process of working out and implementing public policies, IPN reports.

According to the Government’s press service, the post of Council member can be held by representatives of NGOs and research organizations that, by their activity, facilitate the participation of society in the thinking up, implementation and assessment of strategic planning documents. Those who hold public posts cannot take part in the contest.

The contest commission will assess the studies of the candidates, their work experience and results achieved and their involvement in different projects.

Those who want to take part in the contest must submit a motivation letter signed by the manager of the organization, the CV, information about the organization and the copy of the registration certificate to the State Chancellery situated at 1 Great National Assembly Square or through the email address ludmila.catan@gov.md by February 20, 5pm, 2017.
