Moldovan athlete Mariana Draguțan won a bronze medal at the European Wrestling Championships in Bratislava, IPN reports.
The National Olympic and Sports Committee said that the athlete achieved two victories in the 55 kg weight class, against Amory Andrich of Germany and Roza Szenttamasi of Hungary. In the semifinals, Draguțan lost to Tatiana Debien of France.
Irina Rîngaci qualified for the final of the 65 kg class and will face Grace Bullen of Norway. She beat Eniko Elekes of Hungary and Iryna Koliadenko of Ukraine.
