Driver seriously hurt in road accident

A 23-year-old man was severely injured in a car accident last night. A team of the Civil Protection and Emergencies Service intervened in order to take the driver out of the crushed car, Info-Prim Neo reports. The accident happened in Ialoveni district, on the road that connects the villages Suruceni and Danceni. Liliana Puscasu, press officer of the Civil Protection and Emergencies Service, said there were two persons in the car. The passenger was immediately taken out and transported to the hospital. Much more time was needed to release the driver. He was admitted to the Chisinau Emergency Hospital with multiple traumas. The preliminary investigations showed the car went out of control, skidded off the road and crashed into a concrete block.
