The truck driver suspected of causing the road accident that killed three people in Galati county, Romania, has been detained. He is a 70-year-old man from the Republic of Moldova, IPN reports, according to a press release from the Galati County Police Inspectorate.
The man is to be presented to the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Targu Bujor District Court for preventive measures.
Two women and a man were killed in a road accident in Foltești, Galați County, after a car collided with a TIR, both vehicles being registered in the Republic of Moldova.
