Eight people aged between 17 and 22 died in a road accident on Muncesti St in Chisinau last night. They were from Floreni village of Anenii Noi district and were returning home from a Chisinau karaoke club. The killed include three girls and five boys, IPN reports.
According to the Civil Protection and Emergencies Service, rescuers went to the scene to help take the bodies out of the car. The Renault car with eight occupants crashed into a tree. Six of the young people died on the spot. Two living persons were extricated, but they died on the way to the hospital. A number of teams of the National Patrolling Inspectorate surrounded the place.
The National Patrolling Inspectorate hasn’t yet provided details about the accident.
