Emilian Galaicu-Paun gives poetry reading at Cartier Bookshop

Poet Emilian Galaicu-Paun held a poetry reading at Cartier Bookshop on November 26. He read emotionally poems about love, women and life from the book “Convincing Arms” on which he had worked during ten years, Info-Prim Neo reports. Emilian Galaicu-Paun is one of the greatest poets, who knows how to use his poetic talent, said Gheorghe Erizanu, director of Cartier Publishing House. ““Convincing Arms” draws a line after many years of poetry as it is a summary of everything I wrote,” said Emilian Galaicu-Paun. “The poems are very different. They contain different levels that look for each other and thus form a whole,” the poet said. Writer Marcela Benea said Emilian Galaicu-Paun is very close to her heart as he knows how to stir the soul and remain there for a long time, and can even make you cry. Alexandru Corduneanu, the leader of the Christian-Democratic faction in the Chisinau Municipal Council, said he listens to Emilian Galaicu-Paun's poems with pleasure. “This amalgam of words uttered by the poet are an amalgam of verses that cause only spiritual states.”
