First snowdrops for sale in Chisinau

The first snowdrops were put up for sale in the capital city. The sellers say this year the snowdrops appeared about one month later, Info-Prim Neo reports.
Vendor Tatiana said the snowdrops she offers for sale are grown in her garden in Ocnita. “Usually, the snowdrops appear at the end of January, but this year they emerged in March as the winter was frosty and long,” she stated.
A bunch of three snowdrops costs 5 lei.
