Five trolleybus bodies to get second life as storage at Cimislia monastery

Five bodies of trolleybuses that once ran on Chisinau's streets will be transported to a monastery in Cimislia to become storage facilities, Info-Prim Neo reports. Gheorghe Morgoci, director of the Chisinau Electric Transport Company, the trolleybuses were taken out of service after a lengthy use. One such body weighs 6 tonnes. If it were to take them to scrap metal, they would only make 3,000 lei, said Morgoci.
