The Ministry of Justice closed the contest to choose candidates for three posts of secondary jurists at the Registry of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR). Four of the applicants will be fielded to the Council of Europe, which will stage the final contest to choose the winners, IPN reports.
The four candidates are: Ruxanda Revencu, Tatiana Iurco, Lilian Apostol and Cornel Sotnic. The delegate jurists will not be employees of the ECHR or the Council of Europe. They will work for the Registry and will provide assistance over applications submitted against the Republic of Moldova.
The period of validity of the contract will be of a year and the contract could be extended for a new term. The remuneration conditions, social guarantees and other compensations will be settled by an individual agreement between the chosen person and the Government of the Republic of Moldova.
