The assessment and selection of the future employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the subordinated institutions will be performed through the agency of a specialized department of the Military Academy “Ștefan cel Mare”, IPN reports.
The new body will occupy an area of about 500 square meters on the first floor of one of the Academy’s blocks. This includes several offices for employees, two testing rooms equipped with computers, four halls for interviewing candidates, a meeting hall, administrative offices and a data center that enables to store information collected during assessments.
To ensure the assessment meets the international standards, the department was outfitted with 40 computers and specialized operational programs.
The areas housing the department were extensively repaired and equipped with modern operational programs with support from the U.S. Government and UNDP.
