A 29-year-old man and his wife aged 27 died in a traffic accident near Tomai and Ceadir-Lunga in the evening of February 20, IPN reports.
According to the National Patrolling Inspectorate, the car in which the two travelled crashed into a tree at the roadside. The driver lost control of the vehicle because he was speeding.
As many as 35 persons perished in road accidents so far this year.
