Jealousy-motivated stabbing leaves 4-year-old twice orphaned

A 27-year-old man killed his lover with a knife when she told him their relationship was over. The entire horror was witnessed by the woman's child, a boy aged 4, who one year earlier had lost his father to a traffic accident. The General Prosecutor's Office said in a press release that the tragedy occurred in a Glodeni home. An argument between the 30-year-old woman and her boyfriend turned really sour when she told him they were through. Then the aggressor grabbed a knife and stabbed her to death. The man was sentenced to 20 years in prison, but the sentence can be appealed.
