The Ministry of Justice asks everyone to become involved in the process of drafting amendments to the normative framework on the implementation of court decisions. The move is aimed at identifying the problems existing in the current court decision implementation process and at optimizing the legislative process, Info-Prim Neo reports.
According to a communiqué from the Ministry, the formulation of a new package of amendments to the normative framework on the implementation of court decisions forms part of the action plan for implementing the justice sector reform strategy for 2011-2016. It is designed to remove the shortcomings existing in the court decision implementation process and to optimize the procedures imitated and performed by bailiffs.
