Man crushed to death in train accident, Update

A man died after he was crushed under the wheels of a train at the Railway Terminal in Chisinau at about 5pm on June 14. The train runs along the Chisinau – Bucharest route. Petru Cravet, spokesman for the National Ambulance Service, has told Info-Prim Neo that the man had died before an ambulance arrived at the scene. [Update] Contacted by Info-Prim Neo, service official on duty of the Chisinau Railway Terminal Carolin Voleac said the man jumped before the train when it set off. The man waited for the engine to start on the platform behind the train so that he could not be seen when he jumped. The police are investigation the suicide version. The man did not have identification papers on him. He is aged between 40 and 50, 170 cm in height, stout, bald, has a mole on the right cheek, dark gray pants and a white shirt.
