Medical worker becomes patient after ambulance collides with truck

A medical worker from Badiceni village of Soroca district needed medical care after the ambulance in which he traveled collided with a truck, Info-Prim Neo reports. Gavril Ghilas, the head of the Soroca Traffic Police, said the accident happened near Grigorauca, Soroca. The truck tried to go past a minibus at a turn and, going onto the opposite lane, collided with the ambulance. The ambulance belongs to the emergency medical unit of Badiceni. At that moment, it was taking a patient to the Soroca district hospital. The medical worker sustained medium injuries. The patient and the driver were unhurt.
