The rations of the National Army personnel will include an additional 25 g of onion and 15 g of garlic. Such a decision was made in a move to prevent the spread of the pandemic A (H1N1) influenza virus.
The military men have been supplied with protection masks, while the contact with civilians has been reduced to the minimum, Info-Prim Neo has learnt from the Ministry of Defense.
The 24 military men infected with the A (H1N1) virus had received treatment at the Central Military Clinical Hospital and were then discharged.
According to Colonel Sergiu Vasilita, senior doctor at the Ministry of Defense, the military men were discharged from the hospital and now work in their military units according to the ordinary program. But they are exempted from night shifts.
