Moldovan company to invest over US$200,000 in ZEL Ungheni-Business

A company with national capital, SC SOCLEMO SRL, will invest at least US$215,000 in the Free Enterprise Zone (ZEL) Ungheni-Business, Info-Prim Neo has learned from the Ministry of Economy. The company will make furniture and sell it within the zone, on the national market and to Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. The raw material will be provided by Italian, Romanian and Moldovan suppliers. At the initial stage, the net sales are expected to total about US$350,000 annually and to rise to US$600,000 during the next three years. The average salary will be approximately 3,000 lei initially. The company will employ about 50 persons.
