The Government decided to allocate 1.223,7 billion lei for building a private house, a cooperative house or for purchasing dwellings. The money designed for 26 beneficiaries will be transferred to the local public authorities, IPN reports.
The money is intended for people who didn’t benefit from preferential loans and weren’t provided with homes before October 22, 2004, those who possess letters of guarantee issued by the local public authorities before January 1, 2010 and for those weren’t issued with letters of guarantee after January 1, 2014.
It should be noted that a sum of 14.0 million lei was earmarked in the 2015 state budget for the purpose.
