A car projected onto the sidewalk following a powerful collision with another car in a Chisinau intersection has struck and critically injured a 16-year-old girl.
The accident occurred Thursday afternoon in Riscani district. Both drivers involved in the accident remained unharmed.
Petru Cravet, the Emergency Hospital's spokesperson, told IPN the girl has been admitted to the intensive care ward after falling into a coma.
