Owing to the unfavorable weather conditions, the planes at the Chisinau International Airport take off and land with delay, but no flight has been cancelled so far, IPN reports, with reference to the airport’s Facebook page.
The access ways are constantly cleared of snow so as to ensure the safety of flights. The eventual decisions to cancel flights will be taken in accordance with airlines’ regulations concerning flight operation in difficult meteorological conditions.
Before going to the airport, the passengers are urged to check if no changes were made in the schedule of flights, including on www.airport.md.
