Sheriff regain top spot

Dacia Chisinau lost surprisingly 1-0 to Olimpia at Balti to see the top spot slip away to earlier leaders Sheriff Tiraspol, who eased to a 3-0 win over local rivals FC Tiraspol in the National Division's Round 29.
Elsewhere in the Division, relaxed by having secured the third spot in the previous round, Zimbru Chisinau fielded a handful of reserves against Milsami-Ursidos Orhei, losing the game 1-0.
At the bottom of the table, St. Gheorghe Suruceni face relegation after being defeated by CSCA-Rapid Ghidighici, who climbed to the 9th spot. Academia UTM Chisinau and Nistru Otaci drew 0-0.
Last-placed FC Costuleni was close to a precious victory over Iskra-Stal Rybnitsa, however the Steelmen managed an equalizer in injury time, bringing the match to 1-1.
