Sheriff will not take part in CIS and Baltic States Cup

Moldova's champion Sheriff Tiraspol will not defend its title at the Cup of the Commonwealth of Independent States and Baltic States in Moscow in January 2010 as they will be participating in the UEFA Europa League group stage, Info-Prim Neo reports. On December 17, the team coached by Leonid Kuchuk will play the last match this year. They will meet Fenerbahce in Istanbul.
