Six facilities caught fire in Floresti district last night

It was a hard night for the firefighters of Floresti district last night. Six facilities in Ivanovca village had been o fire on the night of May 22. While the firefighters struggled to contain the blaze at one facility, others were catching fire. Vladimir Armas, the head of the Floresti Antifire Service, has told Info-Prim Neo that the firefighters were called at about 3.00. A shed was burning in the yard of a local family. Shortly afterward, another shed situated about 100 meters away caught fire. While the firefighters were trying to localize the fire with two vehicles, they were announced that an annex and a deserted house started to burn in another part of the village. Two more sheds caught fire shortly afterward. A number of persons were evacuated, but nobody was hurt. The police presume somebody set fire to the six facilities. An investigation was launched to identify the arsonists, who may be children or persons with mental disorders.
