Termocom plan procedure to be completed in maximum two months

The plan procedure of Termocom will be finished in at most two months and a reassessment will be carried out afterward, the company’s director Mihail Cernei said in the June 4 meeting of Chisinau City Hall officials, Info-Prim Neo reports. “We cannot perform the reassessment now because we must complete the plan procedure,” stated Mihail Cernei. Mayor of Chisinau Dorin Chirtoaca asked the director to present an informative note about the administration’s view on how the two companies that will be created after the separation of distribution and production should look by the end of this week. “Our proposal is for the distribution to remain under municipal ownership, while the production to be transferred to the new company,” said the mayor. The plan procedure must be finished by the end of September.
