Three killed in car accident on Orhei – Soroca road

Three young persons were killed and four seriously injured in a car accident that happened on the Orhei – Soroca road, not far from Cismea village, on Monday evening, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to the Traffic Police Division, a Volkswagen Passat went out of control, skidded, made a U-turn and crashed into a concrete pillar. The driver aged 28, a woman of 27 and another one of 18 died on the spot. Another four passengers, of 27, 30, 24 and 18, were rushed to the hospital in a serious condition. As many as 244 persons have been killed in traffic accidents in Moldova so far this year.
