Representatives of the political bloc “Together”, which consist of the Party “Dignity and Truth Platform”, the League of Cities and Communes and the Party of Change, on Monday submitted the documents for registration in the presidential election to the Central Election Commission. Octavian Țîcu, who is going to run for President on behalf of the bloc, was also present at the CEC, IPN reports.
The decision regarding the registration is to be adopted in a public meeting within five days from the date of receipt of the documents.
The documents for the registration of electoral blocs for the purpose of designating candidates for the presidential election are accepted between July 22 and August 25.
The documents for the registration of initiative groups to support candidates for the office of President of the Republic of Moldova are accepted during August 21-31.
