Woman may get 20 years for drowning baby in outhouse

A 24-year-odl woman from Falesti faces 20 years in jail for killing her baby immediately after giving birth, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to the Prosecutor General’s Office, the young woman in July carried out repair works in Drochia district together with her father and her partner. As she entered delivery, she went to the outhouse, where she gave birth to a girl. She threw the baby into the toilet, killing her. The young woman was taken to the hospital because she developed complications after delivery. During the investigations, she denied having given birth. The prosecutors finished the examination of this case and sent it to court.
