The vice-president of the employers' association of producers of electricity from renewable sources "ECOENERGETICA", Vasile Chirica, told a press conference about "the misdeeds that are happening at the Balti Court of Appeals and the Balti Court of Appeal, in the midst of the reform of the justice system".
The vice-president of "ECOENERGETICA" mentioned that "Judge Eduard Balan from Balti" issued a judgment by which Alum Sistem, which built the photovoltaic park for Chetrari Starom, has to pay the beneficiary 5.3 million lei, for the lack of a document on file.
"Alum Sistem has been penalized with 5.33 million lei and robbed of more than one million lei with the help of Judge Eduard Balan, because the beneficiary who was obliged to submit the application for the issuance of the act of compliance to National Agency for Energy Regulation (ANRE) did not submit it. We were punished for what Chetrari Starom was obliged to do", Vasile Chirica said.
At the Balti Court of Appeal, the beneficiary mentioned that, "on the basis of the same connection permit and the same construction permits, with the same type of equipment used, he built and put into operation another similar photovoltaic park", said the vice-president of "ECOENERGETICA". According to Vasile Chirica, Chetrari Starom also dismantled the power line that was to supply the photovoltaic station built by Alum Sistem.
"On the one hand, Judge Balan obliged us by his judgment to put the photovoltaic plant into operation within two months from the moment of the finality of his judgment. On the other hand, the beneficiary is intentionally dismantling the power line to which the park is connected, so that it will not be possible to put it into operation", Vasile Chirica emphasized.
Vasile Chirica urges "all those in the field of renewables who have been harmed by such actions" to ask for the support of the association "ECOENERGETICA".
