The Ministry of Energy, in partnership with USAID Moldova, through the Energy Security Project of the Republic of Moldova, invites young people to participate in ROUND II of the Powering Moldova's Future – Young Professional Internship Program. It is a paid traineeship that will run from April to September 2024. The deadline for submissions is February 11, IPN reports.

According to the Ministry of Energy, the paid internship program offers young people the opportunity to gain practical knowledge, improve their technical skills and interact with professionals in the energy sector. The trainees will benefit from a monthly scholarship and an official certificate attesting the completion of the traineeship.

In 2023, over 70% of the young people who participated in ROUND I of the internship program became full-time employees of institutions and companies where they carried out internships.
