The budget sector employees next January will have a mini-vacation of five days. The Government approved a decision by which January 6 was declared a nonworking day. However, January 11 will be a working day instead of this, IPN reports.

The mini-vacation will start on January 4, which falls on a Saturday, and will end on January 8. The budget sector employees will return to work on January 9, which falls on a Thursday.

In Moldova, January 7 and 8, when it is celebrated Christmas according to the old calendar, are nonworking days.
