Constitutional Court employees went for picnic with Dumitru Pulbere's consent

The employees of the Constitutional Court who were filmed picnicking on a workday used the motor pool with the consent of the Court's president Dumitru Pulbere. In a news conference on July 19, Dumitru Pulbere said he allowed them to use the motor pool for a pilgrimage to the Hancu Monastery, Info-Prim Neo reports. An international conference was held in Chisinau in February. In the period, the Court's employees worked nonstop without rest days and now they used that hours, Dumitru Pulbere explained. The trade union committee asked setting a nonworking day. As no hearing was scheduled for July 13, the employees were allowed to rest that day. The employees used the motor pool, but covered the related expenses. Dumitru Pulbere said the filmed employees may complain to court as their right to private life was infringed and dignity damaged.
