Dozens of firemen and policemen will maintain anti-fire security and public order during the cultural-artistic events dedicated to the Our Language Day on August 31, IPN reports.
According to the Civil Protection and Emergencies Service, to prevent and deal with emergencies and to maintain the anti-fire security, there will be mobilized over 300 firemen with 130 vehicles. Two firefighting vehicles will be on guard in the central square of Chisinau.
The National Patrolling Inspectorate said its employees will manage road traffic at the entrances to Chisinau. To avoid traffic jams in connection with the start of the new school year, a larger number of patrolling officers will work on the streets of Chisinau between August 31 and September 9.
To maintain public order and road traffic security, pedestrian patrols will supervise the situation near the northern, southern and central bus stations of Chisinau. The National Patrolling Inspectorate recommends the drivers to adjust the speed, to keep the required distance between vehicles and to comply with the instructions of patrolling officers.
