The Moldovan Cabinet has endorsed an amendment to the Fiscal Code stipulating to exempt from taxes the prizes won at the tax-payers' stimulating contest, rolled out by the Tax Inspectorate, Info-Prim Neo reports. The winners are selected by drawing envelopes with at least 50 ticket stubs, totaling 1,000 lei. There are 38 prizes instituted, prize I being worth 25,000 lei and prizes II – 15,000 lei. The winners of the first edition of the contest were announced last week. The results are drawn quarterly as 100,000 lei are awarded. The next draw is scheduled for January.
