Nine medical squads to service German Chancellor’s visit to Chisinau
Nine teams of emergency medical care will service German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s visit to Chisinau on August 22. The teams will keep watch in the institutions that the Chancellor will visit and those where she will have meetings. A decree in this regard was signed by Minister of Health Andrei Usatii.
Andrei Usatii told Info-Prim Neo that the doctors will provide medical care if needed for the people attending the events on August 22. Ambulances will be deployed near the Republican Palace, where Angela Merkel will deliver a public speech, and to other institutions where she will meet with Moldovan officials.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel will come to Chisinau at the invitation of Prime Minister Vlad Filat. She and the members of the official delegation will meet with the leaders of all the Parliamentary Parties. The visit schedule includes bilateral meetings with the Prime Minister, the Speaker and the President. At 6.00 PM, Angela Merkel will deliver a speech to the MPs and other guests at the Republican Palace.
