0.77% turnout of voters at 9.30

As many as 20,408 persons have voted by 9.30, according to the website www.voteaza.md. This is 0.77% of the over 2.6 million voters. A number of 1,634 persons voted on additional lists, Info-Prim Neo reports. The most active are the voters in Basarabeasca district. A number of 1,330 persons (8.19%) voted there. The lowest turnout was in Floresti district, where 42 persons voted by 9.30. As many as 3,391 persons have cast their ballots in the municipality of Chisinau. More than 2,000 polling places have been set up for the early parliamentary elections. Ten polling places in the U.S. and Canada will be opened at 15.00, Moldova’s time.
