43% of protocols processed: Dodon – 51.46%, Chirtoaca – 48.54%

With 43% of electoral protocols being processed by 00:10, Communist Igor Dodon polled 51.46% of the votes in Chisinau, and Liberal Dorin Chirtoaca 48.54%, Info-Prim Neo learned from the Central Election Commission. The voter turnout in Chisinau stood at 59.26%, by nearly 4% higher than in the first round on June 5. Vote counting has been finalized in 80 out of 512 communities which held runoff elections on June 19.
