Nearly 700 officers resigned from the Ministry of the Interior after the appointment of incumbent Minister Dorin Recean, Info-Prim Neo reports.
“I made myself very clear: those who don't meet integrity standards and are not efficient enough should quit. As you can see, slowly yet surely people are leaving. As of today, nearly 700 officers resigned from the Ministry of the Interior”, Dorin Recean told a news conference Monday.
The Minister added that his main objective is to eliminate conditions favoring corruption and dismiss officers that don't meet integrity and efficiency criteria.
