After elections PLDM will work with those who believe in Moldova’s European future

After the November 30 legislative elections, the Liberal Democratic Party (PLDM) will work with the parties that sincerely believe in Moldova’s European future. The Communists will remain in the past because they belong to the past, the Liberal-Democratic leader Vlad Filat said in a press briefing, answering who they will form an alliance with after the elections.

Vlad Filat noted that this Sunday’s elections are crucial because the people will choose between Moldova being an independent state or not. The coming elections are as important as the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

The leader of the PLDM added that Moldova must fulfill the commitments made to the foreign partners so as to keep their respect for the country and the people. The country is undergoing transformations and this modernization process must be brought to an end.

The politician noted that the country is not alone in this process and can count on the support of reliable partners and friends. The PLDM pledged to ensure education of a high quality and well-paid jobs in Moldova until 2020. It will also make effort for Moldova to become an EU member after implementing most of the provisions of the Association Agreement until 2017.

Vlad Filat also said that Moldova’s European future is not negotiable and called on the people to take part in the elections on November 30 and to vote for this future.
