A number of 23 test papers were annulled in the fourth exam of the current Baccalaureate session taken on June 12, following attempts to copy or to use banned objects. The students will be able to take again the Baccalaureate exams next year, IPN reports.

Director of the Quality Assurance Agency Anatol Topala in a press beefing said that 30 students were removed from the same exam last year.

Topala called on the graduates not to try to cheat, saying the Ministry of Education will demand punishing those who publish exam questions and answers while the exams are taking place. The students who will have similar answers in their test papers will have the papers annulled and will be allowed to take the exams again the next session.

The next Baccalaureate exam, in the subject of one’s choice, will be sat on June 16. The last exam, in the mother tongue for Ukrainian, Gagauz and Bulgarian students, will be taken on June 19.
