The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) launched a survey to find out the users’ opinion about the quality of the mobile phone services. The results of the opinion poll will be used to draw up a plan of action for improving the mobile phone services, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communiqué from the ANRCETI. The users can access the Agency’s official website and answer the question online, in the Opinion Polls section. The Agency in July set up a working group that consists of representatives of the ANRCETI, the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology, the National Center for Radio Frequencies, and of the mobile phone carriers Orange Moldova, Moldcell and Moldtelecom. The working group is to formulate proposals for covering the whole territory of Moldova with radio signal coming from the mobile phone networks and ensuring the continuity and reliability of the mobile phone services. Those who want to state their opinions about the quality of the services can submit proposals and commentaries to the ANRCETI’s head office (Chisinau, 134 Stefan cel Mare Blvd.), the email address office@anrceti.md or to the free green line 080080080. As many as 637 visitors of the Agency’s website took part in the last online opinion poll carried out between February and July. It centered on the opportunity of implementing mobile phone number portability.
