Ballots to be distributed to all polling places

The over 7 million ballots for the June 5 local elections were printed at three state publishing houses in Chisinau. On June 3, they will be distributed to district electoral councils, while on June 4 – to all the polling places, Info-Prim Neo reports. Iurie Ciocan, president of the Central Election Commission, said that in accordance with the law, the ballots must be printed at state-run publishing houses. Every minibus that will take the ballots to the destination will be accompanied by an armed police patrol. The voters are expected to polling places on June 5, from 7am until 9pm.
