Blood donors to be issued with IDs for free

People who have donated blood constantly or multiple times will be entitled to a one-time fee exemption for the issuance of identity cards (buletin de identitate), under a decision of the national ID agency Registru, Info-Prim Neo reports. Registru said in a press release the entitled persons will need to present a document confirming their status of constant or multiple-time donors. The IDs will be issued on different occasions: in case of damage, change of personal data, expiry, loss etc. The offer is only available on issuance in standard limits of time – within 30 days.
