A ‘board of shame’ with photographs of a number of lawmakers was set up by the Independent Journalism Center before the Parliament Building, IPN reports.
The Center’s director Nadine Gogu said the board contains photographs of the MPs who put forward or voted bills and decisions that infringe the freedom of the media and limit the journalists’ access to the assembly hall of Parliament as well as of officials who promised to solve the problem of the journalists‘ access to the assembly hall and didn’t keep their word.
Nadine Gogu voiced hope that there will be fewer photos on the board in the future, while the MPs will not commit abuses against the representatives of the mass media.
