The body of a man was discovered by Red Union Fenosa in a transformer station in Ialoveni town. He died electrocuted during an unauthorized intervention in the electrical installation, Info-Prim Neo learned from a press release of the utility. Later, the police identified the victim: a 47 year old homeless man. He was divorced and had two children. The investigation found that the transformer's door had been forced open. The body had severe burn marks on his face, his right foot and was in an advanced state of decomposition. The cause of the victim’s death was the unauthorized intervention in the electrical installation for unknown purposes. The man ignored safety precautions and warning signs in the area, informs the utility. Red Union Fenosa board urges everyone to respect electrical installations safety rules. People must not intervene in any way in electrical installations, mustn’t climb on electrical poles or in the trees in the vicinity of high voltage installations. They mustn’t try to perform direct illegal connections to the power network.
